Age :30 years
Pay scale :Rs. 31000/- per month + HRA as per SERB guidelines. 
Junior Research Fellow Qualification & experience :
M.Sc (Physics/Electronics) OR B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in ECE/relevant discipline with NET/GATE or equivalent. The candidates without NET/GATE have to appear in the written test.
Junior Research Fellow Selection Process :
The Selection Process will be based on Written Test/ Interview.
