M.Sc. in Electronics/Physics (with specialization in Electronics) and/or M. Tech./MS(R)/M.E./equivalent in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Microwave/VLSI (with valid NET and/or GATE SCOre) with consistently good academic record and a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA in the Master's degree.
