Technical Leader, (Engineering) :Education: B.E. (First Class) Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering.
Experience:Minimum 15 yrs. of relevant experience
Leadership capability for laboratory testing and business development
Independently carry out EMI/EMC / EV testing / Engine Lab/vehicle Testing / Tracks and preparing reports as per AIS/ CMVR & OEM specific
Laboratory management and Calibration of testing equipment of various manufacturers Maintaining NABL Quality system
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner
Technical Leader – Homologation / Business Development :B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile/ Electrical / Electronics.
Experience: Minimum 15 yrs. of experience
Experience of Homologation/type approval of vehicles and its components
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that the customer requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Processing of RFQ's and leading the preparation of bids for new business
Contributing to the annual budgeting and long-term forecasting, to guide the business Identifying homologation requirements and monitoring of homologation processes and regulations to ensure compliance
Depth understanding of AIS/ CMVR Rules & Indian type approval system and global regulatory requirement
Proficient in MS Office
Project Management Associate : B.E. First Class in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Computer science related Experience: Minimum 3 years‟ experience
Certification from project management tools
Depth knowledge of MS Office customisation
Creation of reports and dashboards
Automotive or service industry knowledge is preferred.
Engineering Associate :B.E. First class In Mechanical / Automotive/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering. Experience:Minimum 3 yrs. of post-qualification experience in the relevant automotive field are required.
Knowledge on Hybrid, Battery, Electric vehicles, Auto electronics
Experience in Govt‟s FAME / PLI and/ or Procurement in auto industry is preferred.
Electrical Officer – Electrical Dept : Diploma or B.E. Electrical Engineering and „C‟ Licence certificate Experience:Minimum 15 years of experience
Day-to-day Operation & maintenance of substation, Panels, DG sets, AC, UPS, Lifts etc. Coordination with statutory regulatory authorities
Record and Inventory management
Preparing reports of Electric consumption of Labs.
Technical Leader – Academics : : B.E. & M.E. in First Class in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
Experience: M.E. with minimum 15 years or PhD with 0-5 years
Post-qualification experience in academic /research/ Industry
At least 5 technical papers in the peer-reviewed journals / Books chapters
Organising events/workshops.
IT – Associate : BE/BTech- IT or MCA Preferable: CCNA certificate Experience: Experience: Minimum 5 yrs. of post-qualification experience in the relevant field are required.
Solve the issues related to IT Infrastructure.
Coordination with vendors and ISP.
Minimize the failure in servers, storage, connectivity and networking, CCTV setup & IP phones
Follow up with users on performance and issues if any they have getting resolved and the issues by coordinating with vendors support.
Ensuring the issues given by users are being solved in a specific time.
Diagnose TCP/IP, DNS and WINS-related, network connectivity issues.
Periodic maintenance activities of network equipment, CCTV & IP phones.
Monitoring and updating the website & social media.
L-1 & L-2 support activities.
