Pay scale :Senior REO   Rs. 1,40,000/- per month (approx.)
REO (Grade I)   Rs. 1,23,000/- per month (approx.)
REO (Grade II)  Rs. 1,03,500/- per month (approx.)

Senior Research Establishment Officer/Senior Research Establishment Officer  Qualification & experience : 

Senior Research Establishment Officer  :Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience. OR M.Tech./ M.Sc. or equivalent degrees with 8 years of relevant experience. OR B.Tech./ B.S. with 10 years of relevant experience. OR
Ph.D. in Computer Science + 5 years experience OR M.Tech. or M.Sc. in Computer Science + 8 years experience
Senior Research Establishment Officer  : Ph.D. in relevant Engineering Discipline OR M.E./M.Tech. + 3 years of relevant experience OR B.E./ B.Tech. + 5 years of relevant experience OR Post Graduate (M.B.A.) from a recognized University OR B.Tech./ B.E./ M.C.A./ M.Sc. in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics Engineering OR B.Tech./ B.S. in (CSE/IT)/ M.C.A. with 2 years relevant experience OR B.Tech./ B.S. in (CSE/IT)/ M.C.A. with 2 years relevant experience OR B. Tech./ B. S./ M.Sc. in (CSE/ IT)/ M.C.A. with 2 years relevant experience OR M. Tech. (CSE/ IT)
