Operations  : Bachelor Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical/ Petrochemical Engineering or Polymer Engineering and 1 years Experience.
Maintenance : Bachelor Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering/Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering with experience in relevant field.
Other Support Functions : Bachelor Degree in Engineering OR Full time MBA in SCM/MM/Operations OR CA / ICWA with hands on experience OR 2 Years Full Time MBA degree (/or Equivalent PG) with specialization in HR and 1 years Experience.
Executive Selection Process :  

The Selection will be based on Written Exam/ or Personal Interview.
