B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) / 5-year Integrated M.Tech. with a minimum of 60% marks in relevant engineering disciplines and valid GATE-2021 or GATE-2022 Score. OR M.Sc in Physics/Chemistry/Geology and valid GATE-2021 or GATE-2022 Score.
