Chief Engineer BE/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an Institution of repute & 18 Years of experience.
Chief Engineer/Advisor (Retired) Degree in Civil Engineering from an Institute of Repute & relevant experience.
Chief Engineer/Advisor (Retired)  Selection Process :  

The Selection will be based on Interview.
