AGM - Mechanical / Electrical / Civil : i) B.E/B.Tech (Full time) in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil from Govt. recognised University/Institute. ii) Post Qualification Experience (after BE/B.Tech) of minimum 07 (seven) years in Executive cadre in execution of jobs in the respective relevant field as per discipline in any Manufacturing Industry / Mining Sector / Infrastructure Development Organisation. iii) The Industry / Organisation must be a Public Sector Undertaking/ Govt. Organisation / Public Limited Company / JV of PSUs or Govt.
AGM - Projects : i) B.E/B.Tech (Full time) in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil from Govt. recognised University/Institute. ii) Post Qualification experience (after BE/B.Tech) of minimum 13 (thirteen) years in Executive cadre in the field of Infrastructure Project Management / Execution in any Public Sector Undertaking/ Govt. Organisation / Public Limited Company / JV of PSUs or Govt.
Manager - Mechanical / Electrical / Civil : i) B.E/B.Tech (Full time) in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil from Govt. recognised University/Institute. ii) Post Qualification Experience (after BE/B.Tech) of minimum 07 (seven) years in Executive cadre in execution of jobs in the respective relevant field as per discipline in any Manufacturing Industry / Mining Sector / Infrastructure Development Organisation. iii) The Industry / Organisation must be a Public Sector Undertaking/ Govt. Manager - Metallurgy : i) B.E/B.Tech (Full time) in Metallurgy from Govt. recognised University/Institute. ii) Post Qualification Experience (after BE/B.Tech) of minimum 07 (seven) years in Executive cadre in Blast Furnace Operation / Steel Melting Shop Operation / Quality Control in any Steel Industry. iii) The Industry / Organisation must be a Public Sector Undertaking/ Govt. Organisation / Public Limited Company / JV of PSUs or Govt.
Manager - Mechanical Hydraulics : i) B.E/B.Tech (Full time) in Mechanical / Mechatronics from Govt. recognised University/Institute. ii) Post Qualification experience (after BE/B.Tech) of minimum 07 (seven) years in Executive cadre in any Steel Industry / Manufacturing Industry / Mining Sector / Oil & Gas Industry/ Petro-Chemical Industry / Railways / Power Plants/ Aviation Industry / Shipping Industry in the field of Mechanical maintenance and out of the such experience, the candidate must have hands on experience of minimum 03 years in working on Hydraulic System (troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs including servo and proportional hydraulic system etc). iii) The Industry / Organisation must be a Public Sector Undertaking/ Govt. Organisation / Public Limited Company / JV of PSUs or Govt.
Manager - Information Technology : i) BE/B.Tech (full time)- in Computer Science / Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication OR MCA (full time) from Govt. recognised University / Institute. ii) Post qualification experience (after BE/B.Tech/MCA) of minimum 07 (seven) years in Executive cadre in Information Technology field in any IT/Manufacturing Industry. Candidate must have worked in ASP Net with C# / Java script / CSS / Python / PHP/ DBA (Oracle / MS SQL) / ABAP(SAP) / IT Security, routing & switching protocol and network devices with OEM certification like CCNA/CCNP. iii) The Industry / Organisation must be a Public Sector Undertaking/ Govt. Organisation / Public Limited Company / JV of PSUs or Govt.
Manager - Mines : i) B.E/B.Tech (Full time) in Mining Engineering from Govt. recognised University/Institute. ii) Post Qualification experience of at least 07 (seven) years in Executive cadre (after BE/B.Tech) in any Metalliferous Mines of Public Sector Undertaking/ Govt. Organisation / Public Limited Company / JV of PSUs or Govt. iii) Must be holding First class Mines Manager's Certificate of Competency under MMR 1961.
Manager - Projects : i) B.E/B.Tech (Full time) in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil from Govt. recognised University/Institute. ii) Post Qualification experience (after BE/B.Tech) of minimum 07 (seven) years in Executive cadre in the field of Infrastructure Project Management / Execution in any Public Sector Undertaking/ Govt. Organisation / Public Limited Company / JV of PSUs or Govt.
Dy. Manager - P&HS : i) Full time Master Degree / Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management & Catering Technology from Govt. recognised University/Institute. ii) Post Qualification experience of minimum 04 (four) years in Executive cadre in 3 star / above star Hotel(s) or in any Corporate/Govt./PSU owned Hotels/Guest House having not less than 50 rooms.
Asst. Manager - Geology : i) Master of Science (M.Sc.) or Master of Science & Technology (M.Sc. Tech) (full time) in Geology/Applied Geology discipline from Govt. recognised University/ Institute. ii) Post Qualification experience of minimum 02 (two) years in executive cadre in Open Cast Metalliferous Mines in Geology/Quality Control/Mine Planning Department.
